For Employers

Your ad will be live and searchable by potential Candidates on YouthXP for 30 days. 

Once an Applicant has applied for your ad, you will have a few options for contacting them. You can either simply click on their Resumé to view their contact details, or directly send them an email by clicking on the Email button next to their Resumé.

If you choose the option to Pay by Card when publishing your advert, you will be billed immediately once the advert has been processed. 

However, if you choose to Pay by Invoice, you will be sent an invoice and will have 7 days to pay. Once we have received your payment, your ad will be made live on YouthXP for 30 days. You can view your invoices and payment history in your account under Invoice History.

If you feel an Applicant may not have provided accurate information, or you believe it could be a fake account, contact our Support team and submit a support request with the Applicants Full Name and a link to their profile.

We will review the account and take further steps from there. Your help is appreciated in keeping YouthXP a safe and reliable platform!

YouthXP allows companies to add multiple users to their accounts, so each user can sign in using their own email address and password.

To create a new user, simply head to the User Management section in your account, click on the button that says ‘Add New User', add in their details and select the permissions you wish for them to have.

Only the administrator of the account can create, update and delete users.

My Account

To reset your password, click ‘Can’t Access Your Account?’ on the sign in page, enter your email address and we will email you a link to reset your password. You should receive the link within a couple of minutes.

Check your spam or junk folder if you don’t see the email in your inbox. If you’ve forgotten the email address you used to register with YouthXP, contact the YouthXP Team via the Support page.

In your account, under Notifications, you can enable email notifications to be sent to you regarding new applications for your adverts. 

All our payments are handled by a third-party provider for transactions and processing. No payment data including your card information is stored on YouthXP and is all handled by our trusted and secure provider ensuring you are safe from phishing, hacks, and fraud.

My Ads

Not long at all! We have simplified the process while keeping all the important details to ensure creating your advert doesn’t take too much time out of your day.

If you have already written the content for your advert, you can simply copy and paste it into the relevant section. Alternatively, we can help you write the ad by asking you questions to prompt a smooth and efficient ad structure. 

When creating an advert you will choose between a Standard or Premium Ad package. Our premium ad will help you to stand out more to reach potential applicants. Alternatively, contact YouthXP to have your ad featured on our home page!

Although we require you to add the salary when creating your ad, you do not have to have it visible to potential applicants on the site. Simply tick the box that says ‘Hide salary on your ad’ and we will not show it.

However, you are likely to gain more applications by showing the salary on your ad, but it is ultimately up to you!

We have created a system based on best practice recruitment processes to help you manage the responses to your ad with ease. Move your preferred applications through our system, starting at your Shortlist, right through to the Offer stage. You will have the opportunity to update the status of each application and send updates to candidates at each stage of your process.
